WJ1B Information:

    I have been a ham since 1962. My Novice call back then was KN1ZCK. I was also WA1JLY for many years. I have operated as WJ1B/KP2 on St. Croix, USVI.

    I have been mostly involved in Emergency Communications.  I hold the ARRL Emergency Communications  Level 1, 2 & 3 Certifications and I was the former ARRL Emergency Coordinator (EC) in Cheshire, Connecticut.  I am currently an ARRL Official Emergency Station (OES).  I am also an ARRL Volunteer Examiner and an ARRL Life Member.

    I hold an Amateur Radio Extra Class License and the FCC GROL Commercial License. I am also a State of Connecticut Certified Electronic Technician.

    I usually operate HF CW and PSK-31. I QSL via the Bureau, Direct, or via Logbook of the World.  See my QSL page for info.
